The Program Includes These Components

20+ hours of Online Videos

Pre-recorded video lessons running 7-12 minutes each, categorized into distinct modules. Each module builds on the previous ones, systematically progressing to more advanced skills and concepts.

Live Community Calls

Weekly group coaching and Q&A sessions focused on the capabilities and content from one of the course modules or programs. These are standard weekly 1-hour group coaching session. You can attend any of the weekly sessions you like, but you will receive the most benefit by joining the one that aligns with the module or program on which you are working at that time. Get questions answered, and best of all, connect and engage with others on the same journey and at the same point as you.

You can continue to attend any of the weekly sessions for one year after completing the program.

Live One-on-One Coaching

Live 30-45 min sessions one-on-one with Dan where you get to discuss the challenges you are facing that week and receive fun, insightful, personalized coaching and insights.

Bundle of Resources

In addition to the video content, we provide you with content slides from the videos, many exercises for you to develop your skills on your own between sessions, documents with tools and additional content, and links to powerful resources.

As a client working with Dan, you will have access to a powerful self-assessment that will give you insights into the thoughts holding you back from reaching your true potential (and the worst part is you think they are helping you). You will receive coaching on reframing your thoughts so that you can more easily and enjoyably achieve your goals and dreams by reaching your TRUE potential. This work emerges out of positive psychology and is part of the PQ Program from Positive Intelligence. Dan is a PQ Coach as well as an ICF Coach and a PhD. This PQ program content and coaching by itself usually cost $1,200. You get all of it within this more comprehensive Relationship Mastery program. You get exposed to this content immediately in Module 1.

This part of the program will give you access to an app for you to use as you wish for continuous learning and growth even after you complete the Linchpin program.
